Y6 Derby Area Teacher

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced teacher to work in a school in the Derby area. Starting from January to cover a maternity leave. Ideally this candidate will have SATs experience.
A recent Ofsted stated “Pupils work hard, concentrate well and take
pride in their work”.

Skills:

* An ability to build strong, trusting relationships

* To be resilient and able to take regular responsibility for agreed learning

* To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies

*Be able to work within a team.

*Cover all the primary curriulum

* Able to adapt to different working environments

* Strong communication skills

* Be passionate, driven and enthusiastic

You will have:

* Previous experience working in a primary education environment and ideally SATS experience in Y6.

* Have an understanding of safeguarding.

* A passion for working and supporting children’s learning.
