Kids’ feelings can feel HUGE. Learn how to recognise childhood anxiety and support children to feel calmer, safer and more understood.
Children experience big feelings – but when worry becomes overwhelming, it can affect every aspect of their lives. Anxiety in childhood is more common than many realise, yet it often goes unseen or misunderstood.
Join Sunshine Support for a warm, practical webinar designed to help parents, carers and professionals understand childhood anxiety and learn how to respond with confidence and compassion. Together, we’ll explore what anxiety looks like in children, why it happens, and how we can support them to feel safer, calmer and more in control.
