Full time EYFS TA Heanor Area

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for a full-time TA who has a passion for working outside and active learning (potentially Forest School skills). Starting from the start of March for the rest of the academic year.
The school is rated GOOD by Ofsted and states “Pupils are happy to come to school. They have fun together at playtime and lunchtime.”

You must have:

Experience working with early years children
Experience working in a primary education environment
Understand safeguarding
Have a passion for working and supporting children’s learning

Skills:

Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Be flexible
Excellent listening skills
Be able to adapt to different working environments as you will be working with multiple different schools
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
Be resilient
Take responsibility for children’s education
Maintain a positive attitude
Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in the learning activities
To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies
