Y1 Teacher Part-time Ripley Area

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for a Y1 teacher to work in a school in the Ripley area. This will be a job share and the candidate must have a passion and expertise in teaching phonics. Starting from November and ongoing depending on the right candidate. This post is not suitable for an ECT.
A recent Ofsted stated “Pupils enjoy positive relationships with teachers. They say that they feel safe and cared for”.

Skills:

* Excellent listening skills

* To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies

*Be able to work within a team.

*Cover all the primary curriulum

* Able to adapt to different working environments

* Strong communication skills

* Be passionate, driven and enthusiastic

You will have:

* Previous experience working in a primary education environment and expertise in teaching phonics.

* Have an understanding of safeguarding.

* A passion for working and supporting children’s learning.

*Ability to work in conjunction with a job-share teacher- so effective communication skills.
