We are a progressive teaching agency offering, what we believe is, a fresh approach to the provision of supply staff. This approach is influenced by our commitment to providing a bespoke service. Our philosophy is simple. We aim to underpin the ethos and core values of your school by providing teachers and teaching assistants who understand your precise requirements. We don’t believe in one size fits all; we believe in individual solutions. In other words, by taking time to listen to the specific needs of your school we aim to provide you with the candidates possessing skills and talents most suited to each assignment.

Finding the right candidate takes time. We recognise that your time is valuable and we have structured or process to take up as little of it as possible. We also know that, particularly in view of budgetary constraints, costs matter and that is why you only pay a fee if you actually take on a teacher or teaching assistant.
