Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for a full-time SEN teaching assistant to support two pupils in EYFS. You will be working as part of a team and this role requires some personal care, therefore you must have SEN experience. This role is ongoing and requires an immediate start. 

As a Teaching Assistant you must have a positive mind-set and will have strong engagement abilities to support the development of the students. You will show reliability, good teamwork, flexibility, adaptability and commitment to working. You will also need to be able to build rapport with students.

Skills:

* Excellent listening skills

* An ability to build strong, trusting relationships

* To be resilient and able to take regular responsibility for agreed learning

* Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in the learning activities

* To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies

* Able to adapt to different working environments

You will have:

*A high level of SEN experience.

* Previous experience working in a primary education environment.

* Have an understanding of safeguarding.

* A passion for working and supporting children’s learning.
