Any of you who have taught Y6 in the second half of the Summer term, will know that it can be tricky to keep them motivated as they get ready to move onto the next phase of their education. 

I used to find that if you focused on activities to prepare them for Y7, it increased their motivation and it is very worthwhile in preparing them for September.
