Y2 1-1 Teaching Assistant part-time Crich area.

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for a 1-1 Teaching Assistant to work in a school in the Matlock area. This will be a part time position, starting from ASAP until the end of the Summer term. It will be for 4 afternoons, Tues-Fri to work with a Y2 pupil.
Ofsted rated the school as ‘GOOD’ and stated “Staff model the kind, polite, enthusiastic attitudes that they want pupils to show. Pupils feel safe and secure in this nurturing environment.”

Skills:

* Excellent listening skills

* An ability to build strong, trusting relationships

* To be resilient and able to take regular responsibility for agreed learning

* To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies

*Be able to work within a team.

*Cover all the primary curriulum

* Able to adapt to different working environments

* Strong communication skills

* Be passionate, driven and enthusiastic

You will have:

* A passion for working and supporting children’s learning.
