1-1 Part-time TA Heanor Area

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for part-time TA to work in a school in the Derby area. Starting from as soon as possible until Christmas. This is as a general TA in Nursery.
This school’s 2023 Ofsted rated the school GOOD and states; ‘Pupils’ behaviour and attitudes are excellent. They are highly motivated to learn’

You must have:

Experience working with Early Years
Experience working in a primary education environment
Understand safeguarding
Have a passion for working and supporting children’s learning

Skills:

Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Be flexible
Excellent listening skills
Be able to adapt to different working environments as you will be working with multiple different schools
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
Be resilient
Take responsibility for children’s education
Maintain a positive attitude
Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in the learning activities
To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies
