Reception Teacher Full Time Ilkeston Area

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for a Reception teacher to work in a school in the Ripley area. Starting from January for 2 terms Maternity Cover. This post is not suitable for an ECT.
A recent Ofsted which rated the school GOOD stated “The inclusive culture at the school is underpinned by a strong shared vision to provide high-quality education for pupils.

Skills:

* Excellent listening skills

* An ability to build strong, trusting relationships

* To be resilient and able to take regular responsibility for agreed learning

* To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies

*Be able to work within a team.

*Cover all the primary curriulum

* Able to adapt to different working environments

* Strong communication skills

* Be passionate, driven and enthusiastic

You will have:

* Previous experience working in a primary education environment.

.* Have an understanding of safeguarding.

* A passion for working and supporting children’s learning.
