Full time Nursery TA Allenton Area

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for a full-time TA to work in a nursery in the Allenton area.
Starting from as soon as possible and ongoing.
This school is rated as ‘Good’ and Ofsted states;

children feel safe. They are happy and confident in their environment.’

You must have:

Experience working with early years children
Experience working in a primary education environment
Understand safeguarding
Have a passion for working and supporting children’s learning

Skills:

Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Be flexible
Excellent listening skills
Be able to adapt to different working environments as you will be working with multiple different schools
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
Be resilient
Take responsibility for children’s education
Maintain a positive attitude
Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in the learning activities
To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies
