EYFS Full-time teacher Chesterfield Area

Claire’s School Solutions are currently recruiting for an EYFS teacher to work in a school in the Chesterfield area. This will be a FULL TIME position and the candidate must be an experienced teacher with an excellent track record, not suitable for an ECT. Starting from January and until Easter 2026.

A recent Ofsted which rated the school as ‘GOOD’ stated pupils “talk with enthusiasm about school life. Pupils’ relationships with each other and adults are respectful and polite”.

You must have:

Experience working with EYFS
Expertise in teaching phonics
Understand safeguarding
Have a passion for promoting children’s learning

Skills:

Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Be flexible
Excellent listening skills
Be able to adapt to different working environments as you will be working with multiple different schools
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
Be resilient
Take responsibility for children’s education
Maintain a positive attitude
Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in the learning activities
To use positive and personalised behaviour management strategies
